Hey Carolyne! Without a band, I’d recommend doing some side-lying leg lifts or clamshells. You need some resistance for it to work, and when you’re standing the band provides it — when you’re lying on your side you’re working against gravity, which is great too. Just google those exercise names to find descriptions/videos if you aren’t familiar with them!
