A New Newsletter!
Hey friends. It’s been so, so long since I checked in on Medium. A lot has changed! And I’ve really missed writing about fitness. Medium was an amazing place to do this for quite a long time, but I’m ready for a new experiment and would love to invite you to join me.
I’ve started a new newsletter called How to Move: It’s an anti-diet newsletter about exercise, designed for anyone interested in moving more, but especially those who would like to engage with fitness without engaging with diet culture.
I’m not sure I’m even allowed to say this here, but this newsletter is on Substack (*ducks*). If you’re interested, please check it out at howtomove.substack.com. Everything will be free to start, and I’ll be placing some content behind a paywall after a while. I may also introduce tiered subscriptions with extra content like workout programming, videos, and more.
